I purchased the Last Wooden Dolls Got which was on Display and Assembled by the Store Staff When I got Home I found that they have Tightened a Screw too tightly when assembling the Cot and Split the Timber Side Rail The Store Manager Served me but did not Offer any Discount for the Damaged Display Product I have been all over Toowoomba looking for a Dolls Cot for a Christmas Gift and this was the Only Available one in the Whole of Toowoomba I'm disappointed

Massive store with a really expansive range of everything toy and hobby related. The bloke at the counter should let customers get both feet in the door before asking if we need help.

The crew here are legends. I have adult friends that love this store for model supplies, I personally love the latest Lego sets at this store and are always available sooner in store than if I ordered them online as and got them to ship. Loads of soft toys, STEM toys, games and sensory toys. I have never been a toy store that’s always so tidy. Also isles are nice and wide which mean you don’t have to shuffle every time someone passes you holding something or with a pram. Highly recommend this store!!

Very large toystore. Staff new exactly where the item was. I was in and out in minutes. I did want to wander but was time poor

Great range of products. However, I ordered somethings for Christmas in November & for many weeks my order didn't make any progress, until a week before Christmas. Now it won't arrive in time for Christmas. Very disappointing. Please work on shipping orders ASAP, so things arrive in time please.
